About Me
I am a qualified, UKCP accredited psychoanalytic psychotherapist and certified couples/ relationship therapist. I see individuals from the age of 21 years old and couples. As part of the family work i do, i see mother and daughter couple too.
I work culturally and relationally with individuals and couples from ethnically diverse backgrounds. Culture, family, faith, racism and generational trauma are central to to the work.
If you decide to see a therapist, it does not mean something is wrong with you. At times you feel lost, or respond to things that you can't find reason or explanation for. You question things and need a place to talk and explore what's happening in your life. Through therapy you find a space to talk, be listened to and hear yourself speak, it can be a relief and you can begin to unpick, untangle the knots to find a way through.
I am Bupa and AXA approved practitioner and offer sessions by phone, Zoom and in person.

My earlier experience included volunteering at the the Psychiatric Unit of the Maudsley Hospital for the schizophrenia twin studies project.
During my counselling training I was a volunteer therapist for various mental health charities such as Mind and the Psychosis Therapy Project.
Alongside my clinical work, I am an author of peer reviewed psychotherapy journal, (in print), with a focus on relational and culturally informed practise
I am registered with Healix , BUPA AND AXA private health insurance companies.

- Accredited member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)
- BSc (Hons) Psychology
- MA in Psychoanalysis and Contemporary Psychoanalysis
- Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy clinical qualification
- Certified Couples Counsellor
- Enhanced DBS

Couples Retreat 2026 - £1250 per person
Individual fees - £80 - £85
Couples Counselling - £130.
Family Therapy - £170 for 1 hour.
Low cost fees - £65
